Vision Dental Lab is a digital dental laboratory that designs and fabricates custom cosmetic oral appliances using customer-provided impressions or digital files. We do not provide dental, medical, or healthcare services.

2. Nature of Our Products

All products offered by Vision Dental Lab are cosmetic and consumer-use products only.

We do not:

• Diagnose dental or medical conditions

• Provide dental treatment or care

• Prescribe medical or dental devices

• Offer clinical evaluations or advice

• Replace professional dental care

Our products are intended to support cosmetic appearance, comfort, and personal use and are not a substitute for professional dental services.

3. Customer Responsibility & Eligibility

By purchasing from Vision Dental Lab, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent

• You are providing accurate information and impressions

• You understand products are cosmetic and non-diagnostic

• You will consult a licensed dentist for dental concerns

You should not use our products if you have unresolved dental conditions, oral pain, or known material sensitivities without first consulting a dental professional.

4. Impression & Fabrication Process

Our products are fabricated based on impressions or digital files submitted by the customer.

You acknowledge that:

• Proper impressions are critical to fit and comfort

• Errors in impressions may affect results

• Vision Dental Lab is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by customer error

Fabrication begins only after impressions are received and approved for production quality.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders

• Limit quantities

• Correct pricing errors

Orders may be delayed due to impression issues, supply constraints, or quality control.

6. Returns, Remakes & Refunds

Because many of our products are custom-fabricated, refunds are limited.

Refund & Remake Policy

Unopened Impression Kit-Full refund within 30 days

Defective or Damaged Item-Free replacement

Manufacturing Error-Free remake within 60 days

Poor Impression Quality-Remake fee or partial refund

Opened Whitening Products-Non-refundable

7. Product Use & Care

You agree to:

• Use products only as intended

• Follow included care instructions

• Discontinue use if discomfort or irritation occurs

• Maintain routine dental visits independently

Vision Dental Lab is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or failure to follow instructions.

8. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

Custom oral appliances carry inherent risks, including discomfort, irritation, or material sensitivity.

By using our products, you assume all risks associated with their use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Products are provided “as is”

• No warranties are expressed or implied

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any information collected is used solely for order fulfillment and customer support.

We do not provide medical services and do not collect or store protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA.

• Not a substitute for professional dental treatment or advice

By purchasing and using Whitening Products, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are using the product at your own risk

• Results may vary depending on individual conditions such as enamel, stains, and oral hygiene habits

• You have consulted with a licensed dental professional if you have any concerns about sensitivity, existing dental work, or oral health conditions

• You will follow all provided instructions carefully

Vision Dental Lab LLC does not guarantee whitening results or outcomes, and individual results may vary.

You should not use Whitening Products if you:

• Are pregnant or nursing (unless approved by a healthcare provider)

• Have untreated dental issues (such as cavities or gum disease)

• Have known sensitivities or allergies to whitening ingredients

• Experience pain, irritation, or adverse reactions while using the product

If irritation or sensitivity occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a dental or medical professional.

Regulatory Notice:
