2. Take Your Impression Use the included materials and step-by-step instructions to take your dental impression from home.

3. Send It to Vision Dental Lab Return your completed impression for review.

4. We Create Your Custom Night Guard Once your impression is accepted, we'll fabricate your night guard specifically for your teeth.

5. Delivered to Your Door Your finished night guard is shipped directly back to you.
